Hill+Knowlton Appoints Seasoned Corporate Communications Strategist Jennifer Dunn to Head U.S. Corporate Affairs

March 29, 2022, WASHINGTON, D.C. – Hill+Knowlton Strategies (H+K), one of the world’s leading global communications companies, has appointed Jennifer Dunn as Executive Vice President, Head of U.S. Corporate Affairs. Based in Washington D.C., Dunn will also assume leadership of the firm’s D.C. operations.

Proficient in multi-stakeholder engagement, C-suite advisory and driving business-oriented results for Fortune 50 companies and elected officials – Dunn brings extensive experience in corporate and public affairs, crisis communications, social impact, ESG and sustainability, and brand management.

Dunn joins from Wells Fargo, where she oversaw all external, internal, and executive communications for the company’s Public Affairs function. She also served as lead corporate media spokesperson on all public affairs matters including business, reputational, legal, congressional, and regulatory news. During her tenure, Dunn also managed cross-enterprise campaigns including the launch of a $400 million small business program and Wells Fargo’s proactive communications on their COVID-19 corporate response and relief program for employees, customers, and communities.

Prior to Wells Fargo, she managed global public affairs communications strategies in senior roles at Cisco and Intel. Dunn began her career in political and advocacy communications with stints in the U.S. Senate and on several campaigns.

Dunn will report to Global President and CEO of the Americas, Richard Millar. In addition, Dunn will join the global corporate affairs practice, led by Kelli Parsons, Global Chair of Corporate Affairs and Advisory. The group engages with clients and their stakeholders to achieve sustainable business and societal outcomes and advises leaders to manage risk and build reputational capital, a powerful corporate asset and contributor to value creation.
