Several misinterpretations related to the insurance industry, including Prudential Indonesia, emerged in the media. As a leading insurance company, Prudential wanted to maintain its reputation and the sentiment toward the insurance industry.
H&K Indonesia was commissioned to assist Prudential Indonesia in managing its corporate reputation through several efforts. These efforts included story distribution, sustaining media relationships through a series of media buddies programs, insurance literacy education through unbranded social media content, collaborating with a financial expert for bylined article development, creating a new menu, Pahami Bareng by Prudential, on Prudential’s existing website to elaborate various educative content, and activating a unbranded social media account called “Sobat Cerdas” to deliver more information about insurance literacy and digital ads activation.
